The creative mastermind behind our eye-catching A Pottery Gorilla swim shorts, Carl Cashman, is currently working on a vibrant street mural on Wood Street in Camden, and a series of striking spray paint works in an unapologetically bright palette of luminous, neon colours.

Queen of screenprint, Frea Buckler, has designed two exquisite prints for Syndicut: Zig Zag on White and Red Triangle, these are available for pre-order through our Kickstarter Campaign on our new range of high quality, supportive ladies swim suits and brand new SS16 men’s swim shorts. She is currently working between printmaking and sculpture, creating beautiful, folded, origami-like structures, as shown above.

Emily Wills, founder of Surface 1°22, works largely with Sharpies to produce stunning, intricate repeat patterns which she later digitally manipulates. These include Summertime Blues and Fronds with Benefits (both available on our classic swim shorts), which were inspired by encountered natural forms and a passion to innovate and create.

Tânia Filipa creates fine graphic designs for a range of clients, producing work including album covers, advertisements, flyers and packaging designs. Her sleek, minimalist style lends itself effortlessly to the album covers featured above, incorporating original, modern and refined geometric patterns. One of our newest artist collaborators, Gráinne Nagle, has been expanding her creative practice into sculpture recently. These cut-outs and layered three-dimensional compositions explore colour and form, showing how simple shapes can be used to create basic, but effective patterns.
